Key Notes: [1] During World War 2 due to rationing of dyes etc some cornish ware was produced in plain white
[2] Very rare - <10 known pieces in Green & White from this period. Early Church backstamps.
[3] Gold & White made a brief return on some pudding bowls in 2004
[4] Quite rare - c. 1970 - although not commercially available in the UK certain pieces seem to crop up in a particular region of the USA
Be wary of 'too glossy' pieces on ebay (black paint is easy to apply!) especially if not the correct 'Target without JO' backstamp
[5] Plum & White was an unusually brief colour made c. 2004 on Xmas pudding bowls and not commercially available - one to look for!
[6] Very rare trial colour c. early 60's - not commercially available. Known pieces are mainly named shakers and the odd plain storage jar/jug.
All should have shield backstamps in green in theory.
[7] Very rare - c. 1970 - not commercially available - should have 'Target without JO' backstamp
